3. Visama Vritti – uneven breathing

Curios About Progressive Vinyasa and Electro Yoga? Try This!
Short instructions and no options or variations are characteristic for progressive Vinyasa and Electro Yoga. That’s why it's suitable for experienced Yogis.

Progressive Vinyasa means we build up the sequence step by step. You can easily remember the Asanas and at some point, close your eyes and flow through the sequence in a meditative mode.

A mindfully-chosen electro music accompanies your movements in Electro Yoga. This makes it feel just like a meditative dance.

This flow was inspired by electronic dance music of Monolink. Feel free to combine the music with this flow to enjoy it more.

By the way: You might want to turn off your music for end relaxation Savasana. ;-)

One Hour of Vinyasa Flow – Level 2
Please read the following lines before you practice with this video:

Close to the end of this sequence (in minute 42), we practice shoulder stand – Salamba Sarvangasana. Please skip this part in case you feel any discomfort in your neck, shoulders, or back. In this case, directly move on to Savasana (in minute 46).

If you are not familiar with shoulder stand, please first watch minute 42 to 46 to understand what it is about and to receive some guidelines. Afterwards, you can practice it.

Once you are in shoulder stand avoid moving your neck and head.

To make the best out of the practice, Tara recommends to mute your cellphone and kindly ask your housemates to give you 60 minutes time and space so that you can deepen your practice and enjoy your time.

A Yoga Rhapsody
This is what Tara says about this video of her:

“This video is a rhapsody from my heart for all the people who find themselves in challenging times.

It' not an instruction to practice with.

It's not the way we teach Sirsasana.

It's just inspired by the integrity of the seven chakras needed for the king of Asanas - Sirsasana (headstand).

Dedicated to my teachers and the teachers of my teachers.”
