Private Yoga with Tara – Online or in the Studio

One-to-one sessions give you a great possibility to exactly get what you need from your yoga practice. 

The time is flexible: early in the morning, during lunch time, after work or just before sleep. 

Tara offers private classes from 45 up 90 minutes in English, German or Farsi.
  
If you like, you can choose a topic for your class – for example, according to the state of your body: 
  • Yoga for sensitive knees: never through the pain
  • Handsfree yoga: take care of your hands and wrists
  • Yoga for a happy back: build a healthy and strong back
  • Restorative yoga: ease the healing process
  • Pregnancy yoga: breathe, move and enjoy for two
Topics according to the depth of your practice can be:
  • A journey through the Yogic lifestyle:
    
at each session, you get food for thought from Yama Niyama (yoga philosophy) and the chance of bringing your yoga practice to a new perspective.
  • A journey through the qualities of chakras:

    each session, we work with a different yoga sequence to balance a chakra to activate a noble quality in us.
    As the first session is grounding, the second session is full of flow, the third session is very strong and activates your power, etc.
  • Mastering a peak pose:
    working towards an advance pose like Sirsasana, Urdhva Dhanurasana, Pincha Mayurasana, etc.
